Aereopuertos andinos del Peru

TUUA Fee

The fee for this service is defined in U.S. dollars and is charged per boarding passenger according to the type of airport (classified in groups), differentiating between domestic and international passengers. Passengers per boarding will be defined as those who have a valid boarding pass and have entered the corresponding sterile area.

In relation to the scope of application of the TUUA, it should be considered that, according to current legislation, exemptions to the payment of airport services in favor of users are prohibited.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 33° of the Regulation of Users of Transportation Infrastructures for Public Use, approved by Board of Directors Resolution N° 035-2017-CD-OSITRAN and Annex 7 of the Concession Contract of the Second Group of Provincial Airports of the Republic of Peru, it should be noted that a new use of the TUUA (rehabilitation) will be allowed in the following cases:

01.
Flight delay or cancellation as a result of Foreing Object Damage (FOD) at the airport.
02.
Delay or cancellation of the flight as a result of Wildlife or Avian Hazard at the airport.
03.
Bomb alerts at the airport.
04.
Closure of the destination airport.
05.
Flight delay or cancellation - due to proven weather conditions.
06.
Detention or determining delay, caused by problems of homonymity generated by the Immigration Authorities.
07.
Delay or cancellation of the flight due to the issuance of a NOTAM by the General Directorate of Civil Aeronautics (DGAC).
08.
Others determined by OSITRAN, and it may be the case that any of the causes indicated above are eliminated by means of a corresponding resolution.
09.
Flight delay or cancellation due to damage to the runway.
10.
Cases of passengers "suspected" of Illicit Drug Trafficking (IDT) under the modality of ingestion, who are intervened and transferred to an area outside the restricted area of the airport and when, subsequently, all suspicion of IDT is ruled out, so that the passenger may continue their boarding process, previously interrupted by actions outside their responsibility.

Proven poor health of the passenger, which must be accredited exclusively by description of the physician assigned to the airport, the physician of the Directorate of National or International Air Health or by decision of the Captain of the aircraft in which the passenger was to embark.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of the Regulation on Public Use Transport Infrastructure, approved by Resolution of the Board of Directors No. 035-2017-CD-OSITRAN, the user must pay the TUUA again if, being in a restricted area, they leave for a public area as a result of their responsibility.

AAP will be empowered to prevent users who have not paid the TUUA again from re-entering the restricted area.
