How many hours in advance should I show up to travel?

We recommend that passengers, in the case of a domestic flight, arrive 2 hours in advance and, for international flights, 3 hours in advance.

I have a national flight and I lost my ID, what other document can I present?

If you are a Peruvian passenger of legal age in case of loss or theft, you can pass security checks with an expired DNI, passport, driver's license, passport or original and current RENIEC Registration Sheet (C-4).

What are the operating hours of the airport?

Our hours of operation are from Monday to Sunday and the hours vary according to each location:

  • Arequipa: 06 am to 10 pm
  • Ayacucho: 06 am to 06 pm
  • Juliaca: 07 am to 07 pm
  • Puerto Maldonado: 06 am to 06 pm
  • Tacna: 06 am to 10 pm

Any variation in the schedule will be communicated in a timely manner

If I want to buy, confirm or reschedule my flight, who should I go to?

Contact the airline (Latam, JetSmart or SKY) where you purchased your tickets directly through their official channels.

I want to travel with my pet, what do I need?

To find out if your pet can travel in the cabin or hold of the plane, you should check directly with the airline.

For travel of pets, emotional support and service animals, check with the airline for the requirements and find out and process the necessary permits with SENASA in advance at www.senasa.gob.pe

In which case should I pay the Unified Airport Use Fee (TUUA)?

Currently, national and international TUUA is included in the airfare. According to the provisions, the user must pay the TUUA again if, being in a restricted area, they go to a public area as a result of their responsibility.
