    Know the parameters

    Keep in mind that:

    • Files must be a maximum of 20MB; if they are larger, they must be sent through a link via Google Drive, WeTransfer, Dropbox or other.
    • If from a legal entity, it requires letterhead with company information
    • Document Issue Date
    • Signer name
    • Electronic signature (scanned in PDF format) or digital signature
    • Include attachments if specified in your communication
    • The content of the document must be legible, without strikethroughs

    Documents that do not meet the aforementioned parameters cannot be processed and will be returned as observed.
